the place you go tanning if its a salon shouold have a variety of products for that. if you dont go to a salon I would stop by one that does have tanning beds abd ask them, my sister is a hair dresser who has beds and they sell lots of awesome products that will allow you to tan wothout the cancer. also a tip protect your eyes so you dont lose vision its really common and will hit you in a few years starting with loss of nite vision.

no need for spf in a tanning bed. your ina controlled environment. using an spf is only going to make it take longer to tan. just start out at low amounts of time and work your way up. dnt over do the whole tanning bit. any lotiont hey sell is going to work good. ask them in thesalon they'll let you know whats good for u to start out with. if they sell designer skin or cal tan those are always good choices.

u have to use the lotions specifically formulated for indoor tanning because regular outdoor lotions contain ingredients, such as mineral oil, that damage the acrylic of the bed...indoor lotions are not usually made with an spf (i`ve never seen any)...most salons will check that u have the appropriate acrylic-safe lotion before u even enter for your session...
