I got these from Seventeen.com. :) Hope they work for you!
"After I apply my makeup, I dab a sponge over my foundation and bronzer. It keeps from looking like my makeup is caked on." --Barbara, 13, Mechanicsburg, PA
"I wear a foundation that actually matches my skin tone! I see girls going around with orange faces, and I automatically know that it is NOT natural." --Gertrude, 21, Westchester, NY
"I put my bronzer on with a brush, not the applicator that comes with it. This keeps my face looking tan, and not blotchy."--Ramey, 13, Fayette, IA
"If you absolutely cannot go out without something on your face, I suggest Bare Minerals SPF 15 Foundation. It's very light and has many colors to match your exact skin tone. It's even light enough to sleep in." --Morgan, 13, Woodstock, GA
"Every day before I leave the house, I ask my mother if I have too much makeup on." --Hannah, 15, Falmouth, ME
"Don't wear any foundation, your skin will look much softer and prettier. Wear a light pink lip gloss for a touch of color!"
--Rose, 17, Appleton, WI
"Don't line the bottom lid of your eyes! Eyeliner there makes you look like a corpse!" --Julie, 16, Saint-Hubert, QUE, Canada
"Use a light pink or brown blush for a natural look, instead of a bright pink. Also, try a face powder, like Physician's Formula Powder Palette Multi-Colored Face Powder, that has a mix of pink, green, and brown colors to blend into your skin." --Kherstin, 14, Waconia, MN
"Before I put on my foundation, I apply lotion to my face. It keeps my makeup flaking, and looking like I have too much on!" --Christina, 16, Annandale, MN
"I use one coat of red lipstick, and then blot. Before I go out, I put on a natural-colored gloss over my lips. It gives me subtle red lips." --Adia, 17, Oakland
"Use brown eyeliner, black is too harsh and heavy." --Patty, 16, Rosedale, NY

Don't use foundation. It'll look too fake unless you've mastered this art, which (no offense) I doubt you have if you're asking for tips on how to look natural. Use a tinted moisturizer. It doesn't gunk up the way foundation can, and gives just enough coverage to even out your complexion. If you don't have one, mix a tiny bit of foundation with some moisturizer in your hand and then apply it to your face with a sponge or foundation brush.
If you have spots that need to be concealed use a bit of concealer, remember to pat don't rub and NEVER apply your concealer before the foundation.
Use a light dusting of translucent powder.
Use a dark brown eyeliner pencil, with a very sharp point and fill in the spots between your top lashes. You shouldn't be able to tell you're actually wearing eyeliner.
If you want to use eye shadow to brighten your eyes a bit, try something shimmery but not in an obnoxious color. Try a beige or champagne color. I can not stress this enough BLEND, for the love of God BLEND. You shouldn't be able to tell you're really wearing eyeshadow. It should just look like you have bright cheery eyes.
Finish your eyes with one coat of dark brown mascara.
Use a peach or rose colored blush right on the apples of your cheeks, no where else. And, yet again, BLEND.
For your lips either finish with a lip balm, or line your lips with a pencil that matches your natural color, and finish with a gloss.

For natural looking makeup use;
Brown eyeliner
Taupe eyeshadow
Brown or black mascara
The foundation of your choice and concealer
Line the top of your eyelid, it'll take a bit of practice, draw a line right above the eyeleashs and follow the curve of your eye and flick slightly. Use the eyeshadow over your eyebrows, you won't need too much powder. If you like to make the eyes very slightly smokey and sexy wet a very small eyeshadow brush and line the bottom of your eyes in the outer corner with the taupe eyeshadow.
For the skin I have no clue! I need help with foundation choices but anyways.
I've found for eyes a triple eyeshadow compact from boots with different colour choices are fantastic and you can try them in different ways.
Green eyeshadow for red hair
Brown eyeshadow or black.. pretty much anything!
Blonde hair brown, black, gold, silver eyeshadow are great.
Hope it helps

I totally agree with the first answer: Less is more. I've seen girls just pile it on, and it looks so fake and silly. Just a little looks way better, especially when it comes to the foundation stuff. You don't want to leave an obvious mark on your face where the skin stops and foundation begins. Also, if you can hardly open your eyes because of all the mascera you're wearking, it's probably too much. :- )

a good lipstick is multifunctional. An oil wax base is the best for versatility. A pinkish taupe is perfect (IMO) use can use it on lips, press a couple dots on the blushline and rub in for blush, and you can use a little on your eye lids and smear in as shadow. It will always match because it's all the same color, just at different strengths (of course you'll use more on your lips)

If you are going to put on mascara, only put it on the upper lashes, and if you are good enough you can roll it at the base of the lashes and it is like eyeliner. 2 birds with one stone!
Note: it is not a heavy eyeliner, just a little to make your eyes stand out even more

natural looking make-up looks better than caked-on make-up. apply lotion to your face so the make up blends better. put concealer on pimples and under-eye marks, THEN put on foundation to smooth out your complexion. dust on some translucent powder to nix oily shine and put a little blush on the apples of your cheeks. that's basically all you need. usually i put a little bit of eyeliner on, but dont go overboard with overly noticeable shadows or glitter. put on a little lip gloss and you're good to go.

Check out www.makeuptalk.com, or i know... bring a foundation which matches ur skin colour, put it over ur face, then put little bit of plush (the one u like and it mus matches with wut ur wearing), then bring eyeshadow which also matches with wut u r wearing and put it over ur eyes, u can put more than 1 eyeshadow colour over levels, like gold and then peach and then little of gliter etc... the u put mascara which makes ur eye lashes more taller so it would look more gorgious... then put lip-stick which matches ur make-up and dress, then put nice lip-liner which makes ur lips look more nice... i think then u will be sooo beautiful that people will wear sun-glasses from ur beautiful brightness... it seems that u r nice without make-up... anyway, thats my tip girl, keep it up and always try to look beautiful... oh then put perfume to smell good lol (hehe thats not even make-up but forget it) bare with me... Good Luck with ur make-up, hope ull look gr8!!!

Avoid foundation like the plague unless you are doing a stage production / geisha part / or other entertainment.
It looks soooo tacky for day to day use .
