J because back in Colonial times, the letters I and J were written alike

And XY and Z because the original design was of only the central part of Washington. Twenty-three streets -- ending at W -- fit on either side of the East Capitol Street axis.


There is acctually a B st located Ft Mcnair in SW DC

There are actually five:

B, J, Z, Y, X are not in Streets in DC

Because those letters could be confused with: 1, 0, 0, and 5

Am I right?
