It's completely natural. When people make mistakes they always know and confronting them is going to cause conflict when what you should do is discuss it.

It could be either of your possibilities... Or maybe you should not judge people - even if they are wrong. If the "wrong" affects you personally you have to say something, but try and be non-confrontational. An example would be: "I always try and consider others. It makes them feel special" is much better (and probably more effective) than: "You are so inconsiderate"
It's hard, but try and get into the habit of putting yourself into the shoes of the person you're talking to, you get much better responses this way and do not end up saying things you're sorry about later....

No one wants to admit they did anything wrong. Their defenses go up immediately. Probably some feel guilty, not everyone, and people don't like to apologize.

Do you like it when people point out your faults? Doesn't it depend on how the person goes about telling you?
For one - it does depend a lot on how one person confronts the other and for two - not many people like having their faults thrown in their face.
There are so many ways to answer this question - as many as there are people - each person reacts differently for different reasons.
Why do you care is a more important question that you should concern yourself with. It's not your job to change someone or to point out their faults. You can tell someone how what they do effects you or others around them but anything more than that is more your issue than theirs. However I do understand how when you tell someone how what they do effects you and they continue do it anyway it can be very frustrating but again, we can't control others, you can either choose to stick around and deal with it or leave.

For some people they feel guilty if they have a conscious. For some they don't like to look stupid. And then there are others who actually think they never do anything wrong.

because they simply to proud of them self's and feel very imparesed when confronted, they think they know better but when any mistake happen they get frightened immediatly
of being caught doing this silly mistake that shouldnt happen .. i got some of these tybe at work
being open and easy going is a key to knoledge and success .. a person must share ideas and information with the others to get a better experiance and to improve his/her skills
allways accept the other party discution and know ur mistakes if you dont want to see them again this is th only way good luck

Well, people just do not want to admit that they did something wrong. People most likely to think that what they had done is right. It is always by the end they will realize that they're wrong.
And also yes, people has dignity so they cannot apologize.

From experience I really think its just that they are surprised you've actualy commented on there wrong doin and they don't like the situation so they take it in a negative way. Therefore they get defensive and try their best to deny what is right!

I think it depends on the person. sometimes its guilt, sometimes its ego and pride. no one really likes to admit theyre wrong. especially a man, if ur his woman, confronting him about something he did "bad". honestly tho i think most of the time its the ego, not that the person is feeling guilt.
