First tell her you're definitely going to want a paternity test.
If she refuses to take it but still claiming that you're the father and she wants some $....then would be a good time.
The court can compel her to take one before you have to pay a dime, but it will have to go through family court, and you will probably need an attorney then...all that will have to wait until after the baby's born. Right now...start saving some $ if there's even the slightest chance that you are the daddy.

the attorney generals office will give you a dna test before any thing like child support will happen. If you are the father you don't need an attorney you need to be a man and step up and pay support, the attorney generals office will take care of the details. If you know you are not the father then you still do not need an attorney as the dna test will clear you.

As soon as possible. If the woman is claiming it is your child, she could be able to sue for her physician's visits, hospital bills, etc.

Just before the baby is born. First you have to establish paternity. That will have to wait until the baby is born.
