I recently made a back up of the o/s on a new packard bell computer. It kept telling me this was advisable.in the event of a crash etc. I put in a dvd-r which it advised and the operation completed successfuly. During the operation I got a screen asking how I would like to open the prog. I chose NO ACTION. I`ve inserted the disc to check if OK, guess what nothing happens. Please help what have I done wrong
