get it right. It's got some sort of fitting on the reel itself but I don't get it!
I've tried their website.
Good old Argos, blank cardboard box with no instructions.

Phone Hozelock, they will know about the wrong fitting and send you the correct parts.

Oh dear the exact same thing happened to me last year. And so after much cussing and swearing under my breathe I took the darn thing back to the B&Q only to be told that it was a manufacturing error and that that particular fitting was discontinued and had been fitted in error.
Guess what the next one and the next one was exactly the same and ended up buying the spare part from their accessories stand. Not a happy bunny.
However, I hope it works out for you.
