Some sort of therapy is probably needed. I don't think this can be changed on one's own....and yes, I do think this sort of condition leads toward negativity.

Insecurity, broadly speaking, stems from several factors, the main ones being: family status, financial position, educational level and social as well as professional standing in any society.
A person might come from a very famous and rich family but have poor education and hence, will feel insecure to his brothers, sisters and even neighbors. Similarly, a very highly educated professional can feel insecure of they come from a poor or uneducated or backward family.
Hence, their insecurities make them work towards attaining some level of security in their life. Some would do it by trying to excel in their profession, others by socializing, yet others by educating themselves as much as possible and so on.
Insecurity as a mental condition, cannot be treated by a psychiatrist or psychologist or whatever else you've written. It can be cured only by the victim: By identifying where this insecurity emerges from and taking steps to counter it effectively. Thus, a poor man can begin by building an assets portfolio and an insecure worker, by going that extra mile to do a job better than their colleagues.
Regardless of our history or background, ALL humans are insecure to some extent due to something. It's perfectly normal as long as insecurity doesnt lead to obsessive behavior.

I regularly do not bypass out and tell human beings what my symptoms are except i'm requested or perhaps then i do not provide out each thing. there replaced into an incident the position someone reacted fairly humorous when I informed them that I had an Aries solar / maximum cancers Moon / Capricorn increasing...They theory that i replaced into all type of tousled because of those 3 factors and that i must have alot of inner war, I informed them that this isn't the case. What they did not ask, nor did I element out replaced into that I actually have alot of grounded factors/symptoms with a large number of trines/sextiles to compare. So even as I do have some push-pull between my solar/moon/increasing, i'm truly extra of a grounded man or woman who can/will carry out my Aries section even as that's needed. i'd not say that i'm "tousled" or have a nasty chart (a minimum of i don't sense like I do), I in basic terms imagine the full chart needs to be regarded at if someone truly needs to make a intense judgment... the common "what's your signal" is a chilled question to ask and may provide for some interesting conversations yet i imagine that if someone is heavily fascinated about it, they favor to seem on the full element and nonetheless take it with a grain of salt ; )

Yes, insecurity in oneself definitely causes them to think negatively about life. I would suggest a counselor. Not a psychiatrist or psychologist, just a counselor. Someone to talk to about your internal feelings and where those insecurities are coming from. You can find personal or couples counselors in the phone book all over the country. Good luck. I've been and it was very helpful to me.

Yes.
My father has had this problem all his life.
He had high insecurity, thought very negatively towards life and this resulted in him becoming a very angry man.
It took him two years of me not talking to him and til he was 56 to finally do something about it and see a councellor. Luckily she was one of the good ones....and helped him, and now he is a new man and wishes he could re-live his whole life again.
Don't underestimate medicine....
