The legality of a state's right to ban partial birth abortions was the issue being addressed. Thankfully, the ruling is a step in the right direction. Hopefully, the trend will continue, and America will get back to the place where human life is vigorously protected rather than wantonly thrown away under the auspices of "freedom of choice". What a horrific misnomer for murder.

The band was on partial birth abortions but I feel it should be on all, and let me tell you why. Yes we all make mistakes this is true. I really feel that if young teens or people who are having sex were informed better they would think twice. I feel if you are not old enough or in capable of having and raising a child then you should not be creating one. Birth control should be practiced or abstinence should be. Everything happens for a reason, getting an abortion whether you want to believe it or not is murder since you are killing a living viable thing and thought should be given before you get pregnant not after. Like it was your decision to have sex in the first place it should be your responsibility to live with the consequences. I don't think people understand that you make choices and with those choices comes accountability and not hiding from what has been chosen. So if you don't want to bug out, then keep your legs together!

The Gongress of the United States passed a bill banning partial birth abortions specifically. Enaction of the law required a hearing before the supreme court, which upheld a prior ruling and let the law stand.
This is of course a hot issue. While the procedure is hideous, I can't help but wonder what would happen in a situation where it was "The mother's life, or the childs". In that case it seems the law would favor the baby over the life of the mother. That is the only case in which such a horrendous procedure should even be contemplated imo.

They banned partial birth abortions. The Supreme Court ruled that it is legal to ban them. Wednesday's 5-4 decision marks the first time the Court has upheld a complete ban on an abortion procedure. The troubling thing is that there is no exceptions for cases where the mother's health is in danger.
Here is an AP article that breaks it down:

A complete ban on abortion is the goal of the right wing conservatives. Bush got two of his conservative supreme court judges and now they are the majority. Upholding the ban on Partial birth abortions is just the first step.
If you do not like the way this trend is going, you better get out and vote and get your parents and family and friends out too.

They are always trying to band it. It does not mean it will actually pass. There is so much money that come in through that procedure. The government really only cares about money. So no worries its here to stay. http://www.thomasmedical.com

Gongress?
The bill is regarding partial-birth abortion. Do some research.
PS If you can't spell 'Congress,' you're too dumb to be having sex.

YES. Regester to vote if your old enough. Don't get pregnant unless you intend to, the have a few 100 thousand in the bank cause thats what it cost to raise a kid.
Be aware, if they ban abortion then more babies will be born to women who can't afford to raise them, so welfare cost will go up,AND THEY WILL BAN WELFARE
