What are names of constellations that you can see in the northern Hemisphere?

That depends on your latitude. But there are 48 "classical" constellations listed in the Almagest that could by seen by Hipparchus from Rhodes (36° N) in 130 BC. These are:
1. Ursa Minor

3. Draco

6. Corona Borealis
7. Hercules
8. Lyra
9. Cygnus
10. Cassiopeia
11. Perseus
12. Auriga
13. Ophiuchus

It all depends on where in the nothern hemisphere you are. It's quite different if you're at the noth pole of 10 feet north of the equator. There's no way to answer this.
