The parts that highlight what the Patriot Act can do to innocent people?

Rac, thank you. It is refreshing to see that someone understands what the law really means to us as Americans, that it can be aimed at innocent citizens and if you don't have an advocate outside who can really fight for you, you are up the creek.

Yes, I saw it. They didn't show what interrogation techniques the Homeland Security guy did but it implied that they were going to use electronic torture to make Bug talk. Yes, the "prosecutorial mentality" as I call it is in full force and effect with these terrorist protection people. They get one clue that something bad has happened and they do everything they can to make it stick instead of listening to reason that would exonerate the suspect. I have seen this in regular criminal defense cases both on the part of the police and the prosecuting attorney. The Homeland Security Act just gives allowance to this kind of misguided justice ultimately harming many innocent people.
