I hired one. I first saw him at 12 years old covered in blood from a beating by his father. At 15 - 18 he worked for me. Was under control - no legal problems.
Changed jobs, was arrested for selling narcotics ( rumor has it his boss was paying him in it).
Went to jail, came back weird.
F- Wards of the state, could be a better category.
