Envy is closely related to psyche. One who thinks one is inferior , envies others. Thinking superior ,one expects others to envy. Where is "sin" ?

First, this should be in the religion section, not law and ethics.
Second, envying is like coveting, and the notion of deadly sins is a catholic notion. What God has said is that He cannot look upon any sin with any degree of allowance. In order to return to His presence, you must be clean from all sin, not just the "deadly" ones.
It is wrong to envy what someone else has because that leads to coveting and theft.
It is wrong to make others envy what you have because that is pride and boastful, the antithesis of humility.
Both are wrong. We need to be content with what we have while at the same time working to improve our conditions for ourselves and our families. Nor should we flaunt our success in front of the world to get praise and recognition from the world. That is not the success we should seek, but rather let the world praise us for the good we do without calling attention to ourselves, the world will recognize our good work and praise us anyway. I don't say that as a motivator either, because that would also be prideful. Quietly go about your life, working hard and doing good and let the recognition come as it may.
