If they are confident to perform better, they can continue. However, if they fail consistently either they should retire on their own or should be dropped.

Yes.Sachin should retire.He has had a lot of injuries besides tennis elbow.I don't think that he could return to his legendary form.Ganguly Should stay for some more time...
