-relative to the accomplishments this season, which team that should have had "an easy ride" in round one, actually does not?

To Dirk's fan: it would be a strange use of time for me to "look for (specific) answers," :) per se, but for whatever its worth, I sincerely thank you (and everyone else) for chiming in about the playoffs - I like this type of a poll, which is to see why different people answer the question differently! :)

Which top team, Im assuming you are talking seed 1-3..

1. Spurs having to play a red-hot Nuggets team, That consist of Iverson, Carmelo, and the defensive player of the year Marcus Camby.

2. Dallas having to play GSW, This is second because GSW have NO playoff experience, but what they do have is Don Nelson (who knows the MAVS up and down) and a red hot up-tempo run-and-gun type team, that is full of talent, that is determined to make some noise in the playoffs. Also GSW are confident about playing, Dallas, cause they are 3-0 against them in the regular season.

Bonus:
The easiest with out a doubt is the Cavs, playing the Wizards, without Arenas and Caron Butler, pull out the broom, cause they are getting swept!

Definitely the Chicago Bulls. With the "new seeding format", division winners are guaranteed a top four seed. So whoever didnt win out for the #2 seed between Chicago and Cleveland would draw Miami, while the winner draws the injury depleted Washington Wizards. The seeds should be determined by records. PERIOD. You may be a division winner, but if your division sucks, you shouldn't be rewarded for that. The Central Division has the top three teams in the Eastern Conference in record. They should have the top three seeds. The NBA needs to correct this snafu and reward teams who win the most games, not a division in where they may be the only team thats any good.

Golden State playing the Dallas Mavericks in the first round.

Why? The Warriors have beaten the Mavericks twice this year and five out of the last six times they have played. Don Nelson also knows Maverick personnel inside out and will force Dirk Nowitzki and Josh Howard to be involved defensively on every play.

The easiest should be Detroit against Orlando, Orlando has not beaten Detroit this year and Orlando is too inexperienced, and not enough talent....but we all know Detroit has a habit of making things harder on themselves.....

the bulls they have the heat first round so it will be interesting to see if and what the bulls can do! If you were looking for people to post Dallas you are wrong it just so happens that the warriors were in the right place at the right time. for the first 2 games then the 2nd game dirk, howard, dampier, and stackhouse didn't even play. Well Dallas wins the series in 5 games!

The Bulls. They should have had the second seed and cruised against the Wizards. But because of their terrible play last night, they're now the fifth seed and have to face Miami away in the first round. Terrible draw for them.

Dallas. It may seem that they are going against a team no one has heard of for the past 20 years, but they are 3-0 against Dallas. Don Nelson is one of the best coaches in the league today. We will see how his warriors will play against Dallas.

The Chicago Bulls got screwed over. Now they are the fifth seed and must take on the fourth seeded Miami Heat.
