Is it possible for a person to get a restraining order against me, if I am giving an answer to every question they post?

No, not if it is in a public forum such as this. Any member can as a question and any member can answer, provide they are within the guidlines of the forum (answers the question, does not personally insult the asker, etc.).

No. Due to the simple fact of the anonymous nature of the internet, it would be difficult to put a limit on such things.

I wouldn't think so. The asker could just report you for abuse if your answers were inappropriate, I guess. But the smart thing for the asker to do would be to ignore you, and never, ever interface with you directly.
