Usually just a big stretch and grab the bathrobe, nothing to pull out of the crevices because I sleep O'Natural!

Yes, some groaning until I work out the kinks, but no tugging going on as I don't wear undies.

nothing to tug out because i sleep as i was born. As for the noises...none that i'm aware of. I'll just walk around like a zombie till i find the coffee maker and turn it on.

Yep, and it seems to get worse each year. Got all the snap crackle and pops any two people would ever need.

Just yawning and coughing. Sometimes I go "Errrrrrrrr" as I noisily waddle to the bathroom.
