If its a work day I fill my 400 ml travel mug to take with me. I avoid the cheap instant muck they dare to call coffee at work(its the sweepings off the real coffee factory floor), and Ill usually have another travel mug full when I get home from work... and if I dont have an early morning start Ill have another before I go to bed..... so.... about 1200mls a day, or the equivalent of 4 to 5 cups.

Not as much as I would like. I live far away from Starbucks, and I can only take so much coffee from my campus. I'd say, 2 - 3 cups a day.

None, most days; on hubby's day off, when he wants company, maybe 1 or 2. Don't ask about how many diet cokes, tho. Couldn't tell you, can't count that fast.
