I think you have asked this question a little late as four teams have already qualified for the semis. Australia, South Africa, Sri Lanka and New Zealand are the four semi finalists Sri Lanka will take on New Zealand on 24 and Australia will play the semi final against South Africans second time in the history of WC as they had won against SA in 1999 in England by a very narrow margin of 1 Wicket. The final of the WC is to be played on 28th in case you are interested to know. And it looks very much a Sri Lanka Australia battle.

It's already certain which four are going to the semi finals (at the time of your question), I don't see a point of this question.
As others said it's Australia, Sri Lanka, New Zealand, South Africa.
By the way, I think it's possible that New Zealand tops the Super 8s if they beat Australia on April 20 and get their NRR high enough, which would mean that it would be NZ vs. RSA and AUS vs. SL.
