I also have dreams that seem so real. Sometimes I have to ask my husband if they really happened or not.

I wake up and remember them and have to really decide if they were dreams or really happened. It's a weird feeling. I'm sure they have meanings, but at this point, I just need to determine if it was a dream or really happened.

The dreams that seem like a movie that makes sense originate from our reasoning mind. The weird dreams originate from the higher aspects of our mind. They hold our attention and require some sort of interpretation. Day-dreaming or meditation (alpha states) allow to bridge our conscious and subconscious mind, thus help in the process of dream understanding and interpretation.
I hope it helps.

Yes, you have to read between the lines. Sometimes dreams use metros like instead of your mean mother in law a red monster will appear just an example.

yes i have these too, i think its to do with a lot of heartache and stress (in my case)they seem so real and im so relived wen i wake up and find it was only a dream,i got one of those books "the meaning of your dreams"i keep it next to my bed and i always look in it to see wat my dream ment.NOT A GOOD IDEA!dont get one coz it tells you somethings you just dont want to know, try and sort your problems out(you must have some to be having these dreams,)then hopefully the bad dreams will go awaygood luck!

that does happen to me sometimes... But the first time I actually had a dream like that I was wide awake, but after it seemed that I had acquired someintuitive powers! Don't ask how, but somehow, that's what happened!!! What about you? Ever experience anything like that?

Of course they do, but only to you... no one else can tell you what your dreams mean... the best thing to do is to sit down and think about your dreams, and ask yourself: "What does that mean to me?"
