make sure you give him healthy foods. He's still growing, so he'll need lots of protien, carbohydrates, and calcuim. Chocolate milk, PB&J, and crakers would work

Peanut butter and jelly on whole wheat bread. Carrot and celery sticks. Glass of apple juice and ONE cookie.
For dinner, make a nice pasta dish with stir fried veggies.
