They might think its funny but they still have to do there job. But when they go home the probably have a good laugh over quite a few things they have heard or seen that day.

That's true all the time. My fiance's a cop and he never thinks things are funny. Maybe there's a gene defect that destroys the sense of humor and gives an impulse to chirp sirens. That would explain everything.

Because they are cops. I think when you train as a cop they put an asshole chip in your head so you have no problems being a fat useless ASSHOLE

2. laughter is often caused by nervousness or embarrassment. you are embarrassed, they are not.
