The original Wicker Man

Although I do agree with Josh's mother Texas Chainsaw Massacre (original) and The Exorcist are as good as you'll find

I actually liked Slither. I saw it recently.

Return of the Living Dead

28 Days Later, I like a lot because it seems more realistic than some other zombie movies... Cant wait to see 28 Weeks Later, in May.

The Nightmare on Elm Street used to scare me when I was little. I also like the Scream movies, even though they are not really horror.

I like the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre. I kept thinking Leatherface was going to jump out at me through a door. Although it is kind of predictable, you can't go wrong with cannibalism. I'm a fan of those moments where something jumps out and scares you senseless, like Friday the 13th or Carrie.

Don't Look Now is fabulous too. It has an actual non-horror plot, but it's just so eerie that it still creeps me out.

we all have different tastes, so it would be impossible to actually determine what is the scariest film ever made, i bet people would go for famous horror movies like the Exorcist and Halloween. i personally am not afraid of any film and merely watch them for my own entertainment.

1. exorcism of emily rose because it's based on a true story.\
2. amityville for the same reason.
3. shutter...it's a movie from Thailand and it's absolutely great and scary
4. the ring ....the japanese version is actually better than the Hollywood version despite newer effects.
5. hills have eyes and silent hill in the monster category.

Two movies have bothered me enough that I couldn't go to sleep and i felt like i needed to pray so God could protect me.

1. The Exorcism of Emily Rose
2. White Noise

Even the movie box of White Noise scares me...but maybe that's because of the loud, breaking glass noises that started happening when my boyfriend (now husband) and I were watching the extra features on the DVD. Oh lordy, im getting scared all over again.

I love horror films, and I mean I LOVE horror films and generally don't find any of them scary. I'm normally the one that sits in the back and laughs at the 'jump-out-of-your-seat' parts.

But I am terrified of Halloween. I can't watch it and if I hear the music.......well that's me terrified.

But funnily enough, the sequels are just..........bland.
