I really liked Sanjaya! I thought he was cute, and he sang alright! It just seemed like he picked really bad songs. I really did not want him to win though.
In the words of my favorite American Idol audience sign ever:
"Sanjaya you're my Papaya!"

The poor guy just can't sing. Well. I actually think he has potential with some coaching so he could learn how to use his voice to the fullest. He was by far the least talented on the show and many people who were better than him have been voted off. If he had won, I would never watch that show again.

He is a singer, but not a GREAT singer. At least not as good as some of those already voted off. His attitude was getting quite bad and his talent was not expanding to match.
He should have been voted off long ago.

Everybody doesn't hate Sanjaya - they hate the way he sings because he can't and he's no showman. In other words, he sucks at singing.

he can't sing for S*** his hairstyle Sucks, the songs he sings sucks!! I am really Glad he got Kicked off the Show Because he did not deserve to ge on as long as he has.

Great singer? Are you deaf????? His tones are flat, and he sings VERY blandly. If you could just HEAR him, and not SEE him, you wouldnt listen to an album you bought of him.......he's a total joke, man!

People don't like him because he isn't as good as everyone else is. He has a good voice but when you put him up against the other people there he sounds terrible.

I didn't hate him...he just can't sing. Maybe you need to take a trip to the ear doctor to get your ears checked.
