I agree, but in case you didn't understand the details of the previous response:

Right click on the desktop, click "properties", a window will pop up, click the "settings" tab. In this screen there is an "identify" button that will show you which is monitor "1" and which is monitor "2".

You can change monitor "2" to the primary by clicking on the blue monitor box labeled "2" and then ticking the box "Use this device as the primary monitor" and click "OK"

One Monitor Should Be ID'd as "1" and one as "2" well, move number "1" to where you want the Primary..... or change it to Primary, if it is not set as primary; This is all done in the Desktop Properties Settings Options
