Well if he'd like to actually explain what his point is he'd get better answers. Since this isn't a discussion board starting with a cryptic set of sentences is not terribly productive.

1. Buy duct tape and super glue(large quantities)
2. Apply generous layer of super glue to both top and bottom lips, then firmly press them together to bond.
3. Stand him on a chair, and attach long strips of duct tape around the body and to the wall on both sides of him until there is enough to suspend him.
4. Use a paintball gun if necessary at this point =)

when you walk him in the morning, does he want to pee on everything he sees. when he goes to school everyday, does he actually get on the right bus. he could be getting on the bus that is meant for very special children. dump him.
