Not normal if not included as part of the prenup. If it wasn't a foreseen possibility during the prenup that alimiony would be appropriate in a divorce possibility, then there should be no seen need when the divorce occurs. After a divorce it is too late anyway. During the court procedure is when any stipulations are to be made.

A prenup and a divorce that's already final? I'd say NO, alimony is not going to happen at this point. But seeing as how you can gave no real details of the situation...talk to a local attorney about it.

My guess is probably not. Because the the prenup is signed etc...you really can't go back on it.
