How much is the pulling max for a 1990 chevy silverado with a new transmittion, and 6 cylinder engine? Here is a pic of the truck I'm talking about

Would a 2 horse trailer with one horse be too much? the horse weighs about 1100

Oh yeah, I have a new hitch that pulls from the frame, not the bumper, new tires, and new brakes.

should be fine...be a little hard in the mountains...get a good hitch...Happy horsing around.. V8 would b better ..but 1/2 ton will pull3500 to4000 lb...my sister does it all the time....good tires ,,good brakes r important

Should be no problem. Have a proper frame mounted hitch installed. Make sure the brakes on the trailer are in good condition.
