Rumor has it they attempted suicide after hearing about what their son did.
Edit: Apparently they were taken to a hospital, but did not attempt suicide.

The only thing I heard about them is that they owned some shops in Virginia. I think they are very grief stricken and shocked that their son had taken the lives of 30 people and also his own. I wouldn't know what to do if my child had done something like this and they were gone forever.I would feel so much guilt and I would never forgive myself.

I am really grateful that the Asian community came to support these kids and parents in their time of need. As far as Cho's parents goes, I heard they left the night before last; probably because of shame or fear...

Why should they come forward? They not only have lost their son, but have lost him in an horrific tradgey. They need time to grieve and heal and not to become part of the media circus around this.

What is wrong with you people? Why does this kid's parents have to say anything? I personally don't need to hear sh!t from them. What could they possibly say that could change anyone's opinions about what happened? I already know what I need to know, their son was a psychotic sociopath.

They own a dry cleaning business in Virginia.
Their mailman was interviewed on TV and he said they were a nice, quiet couple.
I'm sure they must be devastated.
