i have read up about this paypal $6 paypal investment. I'm from England and i would like to know if i do this wouls i have to turn the $ into £ when joining, because i from England if i use the $ when i start to earn money will paypal turn the money i earn from dollars to pounds ?

Your credit card will be billed or credited in your own currency no matter which country you are doing business with.
