Grossman has talent, he really is a good QB. I think that maybe he needs a little more development. He's getting good help from Ron Turner and Brian Griese, but I think that he needs more mental development. His biggest disappointments come whenever he makes a few small errors early and he just doesn't mentally come back. Help him mentally, and he could be better than Peyton.

Unfortunately, the Chicago is the wrong team for Rex. This happens often in the NFL. A QB with talent gets placed on the wrong team and he has some success, but not enough to be considerd a superstar.
It is unfortunate for Rex because he seems to be a talented kid. His best option would be to get traded to another team and start fresh. I think he would do well in Houston's system or even TB.

The Chicago Bears have Fans?
Let's Go Blackhawks, they will win anything before the bears but that won't be for a long time.

He's a Ryan Leaf clone. Even you Bears fans know he's a turnover waiting to happen everytime he touches the ball whether it be passing it or just handling the snap.

He is servicable, but that is it. He will do fine as long as he is not asked to win the game. Let him manage the game and stick with the safe passes and he can get the defensive minded Bears back to the Superbowl.

I like him. He may not be the best now, but he's still young and new to actually playing during a season. Keep him around and he'll do great things for us if we're just a little patient.

I think right now he can be a good QB but he is VERY inconsistent. You have to remember he only has 20 or so starts under his belt so he is kinda like a rookie. i think in a couple of years he will be better. OR ATLEAST I HOPE!!!

I think he is an alright QB. He does sometimes show reasons why he is good, but other times he is just horrible. He isn't really developed yet, i think he should be the back up and put greise in.

He struggled at times and was blamed too much for their failures in 06-07

I say I like him. He's young and this is his first FULL season. Look where he's got us. Sure he's had some bad games but who won't? I say we keep him on a short leash and see how things unfold this seaon.
