No, Mizza, this is not the way.
First off, you don't TELL people you're declaring war, you just DO it. That way, you're guaranteed a successful first strike.
If you want help on plans, strategies, and tactics, email me and I'll see what we can do. I want 20% of all spoils, and my own city. I know it sounds like alot, but if you think about it, it really is quite a bargain.

You should have taken my advice from my answer in your last question. I don't think anyone reported you. I think that Y!A blocked them and violated you directly. If your questions are a bit risque and they do not get posted immediately then you can delete them before Y!A violates you.
