Can HNO3 be made by electrolysis of KNO3 solution?

I'm using a salt bridge. Should I get KOH and HNO3?

If you electrolyse KNO3 solution your electrode products will be hydrogen and oxygen - from the water. You will merely end up with a more concentrated solution of KNO3.
