addendum: They tend to hang out at the beach.

This is sort of from the t.v. show "Pimp My Ride" or "Pinks". They take the awful cars and totally fix them up. What they don't do, is to fix the car itself, just how it looks and the sound system. In "Pinks" the don't worry about how the car looks, they just try and get as much horsepower as possible out of the cars. Sounds like fun to me.

to me people who think they're cool but most of them would'nt even know how to drive them and they are the ones that cause 90% of accidents
