I say the Angels will win over the Mets. The Angels are in a weak division so they have a very good chance of making it to the playoffs. They will also have great pitching by the end of the year (Colon, Lackey, Weaver, Santana, and K-Rod). They've got great bats such as Vlad, and young promising stars like Kendrick and Macier Izturez.
The Mets will obviously win their division. Their hitting is so good that David Wright, a finalist in the homerun derby last year, bats fifth. Their pitching is great as well. They have an amazing ace in Tom Glavine and they end the game with one of the best closers in the league, Billy Wagner. The only reason the Mets won't win the World Series is because they don't have enough depth in their starting pitching.

The Red Sox no question their pitching is amazing with Schilling Beckett and Matsuzaka as their number 3 pitcher also they have Wakefield to mix it up with the knuckleball and Jon Lester who is a young lefty will be off the d.l. in a month or two. Also, the Sox have a great offense. With Papi and Ramirez you are guaranteed runs right there and with Varitek batting 7th The Red Sox should be the 2007 world champs!
