Pretty face and great personality is what I look for in a girl. Mainly the personality though. I don't care how ugly a girl is, I care more of how friendly or nice.
Also as what I say - the bigger have bigger hearts.

Great Personality is the most important because I can not stand an ignorant mindless partner. He should have a great sense of knowledge and a kind heart in order to be a Great MAN!!!
The rest can be easily toned into with a healthy workout & a decent face is acceptable inorder for some physical attraction to start the relationship.

Since we are being petty and two of the three choices have no bearing on the caliber of person...I choose...
Pretty face. (You see that all the time)
You can hid a bad figure and go from clothes to under the sheets in the dark)
Since you can't "F" a personality, what good is it ?
Since all guys live their lives between their legs we obviously don't care about personality so the choice is face and figure. As long as the "little guy" is happy, we can put up with the worst of personalities.
Of course I'm kidding with you and when it boils down to one trait, it's all about personality !

First and foremost,although it may sound trite, a great personality,then a great figure. The first is essential and the second would denote a healthy lifestyle. Even an average to homely face can be made attractive with a good haircut and makeup.

great personality, if a girl has only good figure and a bad face that sucks. and if a girl has a pretty face, but is totally overweight, that sucks too. At leas great personality can give you a memorable girlfriend
