No but I have dreamt of dreaming and woken up (from the second dream) but still be dreaming (in the first dream) and then got really freaked out when I actually woke up for real...

I also get freaked when I fall asleep (nap) early afternoon and wake up late afternoon thinking it's the next morning (sunset being sunrise) and think I have slept all night.

I guess it's natural, since most dreams are so realistic and everything, except if you ever notice in your dreams, you will not feel so worried about anything, bills, friends, problems you don't have that in your dreams. That's why I love dreaming, it gets you away from life into a fantasy. I have even told people in my dreams that I knew it was a dream and that I would never see them again.

Many times. Like this one time i dreamt that i had some money in my hand and woke up with my fists clenched tightly. I was so disappointed when i realized my hand was empty.
