I don't think it is. I do think that it is hard many times because if you want to have things and do well in life it takes hard work and great effort. Life being easy was messed up for all of us many many years ago.
Those people who have what others view as an easy life gets a rude awakening when they have to really get their hands dirty and work for something.
Many people go through life thinking all they have to do is take and take or that the world just owes them something for being here.

Well...that's the fun in living. Difficulties give us a chance to show who we truly are and overcome obstacles and challenges. What's the point in living if you don't have challenges? Life is supposed to suck sometimes.
