I am not a mechanic, so this is just my speculations. Do with it what you want. If you get advice from a qualified mechanic, ignore all of what I say here.
If you didn't run the bike, there's probably little or no diesel fuel in the lines. Try pumping or syphoning all the fuel from the tank. You may have to put the bike at an odd angle to get all the fuel down into one side, the back end, etc. Then fill it completely with fresh fuel, and hope that you dilute any remaining diesel oil enough. I'm not sure what you'll do with the gas/oil mixture you remove - probably turn it in for recycling, or put it in a flat pan and burn it.
If you you ran the bike after adding the diesel fuel, there's probably diesel fuel in the lines, carbs, etc. You might be able to drain the tank again, pull the plugs, and turn the motor over with the starter until you pump all the fuel out. But that will spray the gas/fuel mixture out through the spark plug holes onto the engine, and also down the exhaust. Both would be messy, and both could potentially lead to possible fires. I'd think hard about how difficult it would be to disassemble it and blow out the lines. Maybe you could disconnect the exhaust system, to keep from filling the muffler & pipes with the mess.
If you do try to pump everything out by turning the engine over, I'd let the bike sit for at least several days before I started it up again, to make sure that all the gas/oil evaporates completely from everywhere. And then, I'd be sure to start it somewhere outside, so that if it does catch fire, at least it's not inside the garage or shop. Have a fire extinguisher rated for flaming liquids handy.

your carbs will be fine, but your plugs may foul. you can try to dilute it, but I'd pull the fuel line from the carbs and drain it. the little bit that remains should easily dilute with the next tank of fuel. This has nothing to do with your question really, but i like to tell it: when I was a kid of about 14, I took my Dad's car out for a late night joy ride (very illegal). I had to replace the gas I used, so I went down to Meyer's Brothers Dairy in Wayzata, Mn to siphon gas out of their trucks. I put 15 gallons of diesel in my dad's new gas powered station wagon. it was a very expensive repair, and it took 2 summers of work to pay it off. That, and I swallowed about a quart of fuel trying to start the siphon. sometimes I think I still taste it. (could be my cooking)

It will NOT ruin your carbs but it will foul the plugs. Before you go crazy try and siphon most of it out. Then fill the tank with High oct gas and run it. It may not run great but it should clear up. Once you start yanking thinks apart your just looking for even more trouble. ALL WAYS start with the simplest fix 1st better then blowing $$$ and having even more trouble.
