I will start it and finish it and I mean I will definitely finish it no matter how long it takes, I will definitely get it done. I will complete it. I will knock it out! I will definitely kill it! Just tell me what it is and I'm on it!

I am more likely to try and finish it. I don't like starting something that I can't.

If I start something, then I usually feel compelled to finish it.That said, and because I know that about myself, I'm hardly starting anything of any consequence these days.
Let me say this about that (a warning): it is far, far more exhausting (and depressing) to sit around with a long list of to-do things (and all sorts of projects) than it is to (slowly but surely) START and eventually work through it.

Actually, I just jump into the mix to make it last longer! If it came down to it though, I would finish it, cause chances are I'm there for a reason.

Finish! When I finish a project, it gives me the feeling of accomplishment -- especially if it was successful!

It depends on what "it" is, but usually I start things. I'm not really a finisher, that's someone else's job.
