That's hard to say without formal IQ testing. Even then, it's difficult to measure differences at the extremes of the statistical distribution. For example, on the Wechsler scale:

IQ 170 percentile 99.9998467663%
IQ 180 percentile 99.9999951684%

and the only way to rate a Wechsler IQ above 195 is to prove you are the single most intelligent person on earth. But if you were, your Wechsler IQ would be 195 and your Stanford-Binet IQ would be 201.

Its said that Einstein had the highest IQ ( 172 or some thing close to that )
