15 is the most annoying age in the history of the world. They're immature. Full stop. Immature for one of two reasons:
1. They know it and they don't care
2. They think they're so mature and act all grown up.
the latter is the more annoying of the two.
But I'd have to say 7-12 is the worst. SOOOO ANNOYING!
They cant stop moving, talking, touching things, making noise etc.

4)20-30 year olds------- at 59 years of age I find the know it alls of 20/30 year olds more irritating.
