I'm looking for a pair of pants that the Gap had as part of their "spring collection" a few years ago.

Thrift stores and other second hand outlets. About five years ago, I had a nice pair of kahakis from the Gap. They looked good and they were long, which was nice, as I'm just shy of six feet. Well, the zipper split. I don't think it was poor construction or quality on the company's part, but just me wearing them after I gained weight and not buying new pants. (Regardless, they went to a quilt(s) for Lutheran World Relief, so it all worked out well.)

Well... My husband is in grad school, seminary. At the school there is a free table where students and faculty can take things they no longer want and others can take if they need/desire. One day, I found a pair of the same Gap kahakis. The only difference was that they're a medium length, and not long, but the medium is plenty long as well.

However, eBay and ohter auction sites might be more effective than thrift stores, though it might cost a little more.

Go to ebay, you would be surprised what they have there. Type in "Gap" under clothing search and they will all show up. Good Luck!
