Yes it can, and will. It does depend on the person. Some people with a lot of stress wont get too much grey, but some can get a lot.

People with short hair can have grey hair.
My Mother's hair started greying at 18 years
of age.

No hun! it's genetic. My father went grey at, well started to go grey at 18 yrs, and me too. Now I'm about 50% grey and I'm in my 30's.

Yes, To check graying of hair, mix lemon juice in olive oil, beat till frothy and apply on scalp and wash off after an hour. Premature graying of hair can be postponed by using a strong decotion of black tea and a tablespoon of salt, strain and apply to the roots for 45 minutes and wash with water. Don't shampoo.
