A one-bedroom apartment - 1000-1300 USD per month
Weekly eat-outs, groceries’ - 80-100 USD
Laundry (monthly) - 30 USD
Entertainment & night outs (monthly) - 150-250 USD
Clothing - Depends on you'
Toiletries:
Pretty cheap than U.S. & UK (due to tax-free country)
Transport- Now transport is the biggest problem in UAE, Mainly in Dubai... there are buses but only for very low class people, which i think you wont find it comfortable traveling in even though the buses are brand new, but still people don’t prefer traveling in them, instead they go by Taxi, which on daily basis can be very expensive... but if your here for a job... They will provide u w/ a car, or else you gotta rent a car starting from 600 USD per month.
Dubai's nice place to live in & pretty safe. It’s the safest city in the Middle East, Asia & Africa.

i am not sure that u want the cost 4 flat or 4 what ??
the flat will cost u between 1000 - 2000 USD per month
and ur pocket between 500 - 1000 USD monthly

for bachlor 1000 usd
