Probably not. She is one of the few young stars out there who does not have her name bandied about like a piece of trash in the tabloids. While we will never know every aspect of a star's life ( and why should we want to) she has had the appearance of being fully grounded and not have her head buried up her own butt and therefore she is not a walking disaster

Of course not! She's like one of the kindest celeb ryt now! I know that people make rumors about those stuff but don't believe them unless u c that kind of news on tv and tells " hilary duff a drug addict." Hilary will never do that. No one can actually confirm that. Most of us think we know a lot about some celebrities but that doesn't mean that what we know are right. We've never met them and we can't always believe rumors, what we see, read and hear.
