Yes, they may be able to. Even though your profile is ready to super privateness mode, Police can nonetheless get entry via fb admins. It can be the law for the admins to present the police the understanding they requrie if it is rather severe. I host a FB web page too. Depending on the fabric you submit will decide what destiny you get, whether it's a facebook account ban, or a criminal record. I have identified some web page homeowners (managers) been arrested for posting insanely offensive stuff and the admins (content material creators) of the web page been given community service. OT, but yes they can to find your IP, tackle and personal info from either facebook admins, or if you are silly ample to leave the info on Public on your foremost web page, Hope this helps, and cyber bullying might get you in concern, so get out before it can be too late.

Because IP addresses are not very good evidence - depending on your ISP, you may change IP addresses every day. You may one day have an IP address which was used previously by a criminal.
In most cases, you will have the same IP address each time you connect to your ISP - however that's not sacrosanct and every so often you'll find yourself using a different one. Now - that's without any effort at all. Think how easy it is to stay hidden when you *want* to change IP addresses all the time.

i'll give an example. rod uses todd's computer to provide illegal web-sites via IP addresses. the police track the website back to todd's computer. todd's innocent. what i'm trying to say is, you can provide any illegal web site from any computer. you can track down where the website was created and on what computer, but not the person who created it. that's why it also helps for people to come forth and tell clues and whatnot.

Often illegal websites use proxies to disguise their real location.
If a site uses a proxy from a country which is less than friendly with another, then they will not cooperate in supplying any information.
Also, most operators of proxy servers will not give out any information about their clients (and usually do not retain such information, so it cannot be retrieved).
Many people illegally sharing copyrighted material utilise proxies to avoid detection.

All websites could be tracked down and there is no reason why law enforcement agencies are not making arrests for voilations on the internet.
