Sorry, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventures are seperate from Disney. If you want to go to Universal you would need to buy a seperate pass from them, however, they do have good prices on passes, so if you really want to go, it is well worth it.
Just one thing to keep in mind, there is a ton to see at Disney World. If this is your first visit, try not to plan too much outside of Disney so that you can see as much as possible on this trip. Don't expect to see everything in Orlando in one trip, it can take years to see it all. Universal is a great park, I still like Disney a little better, but they do have some pretty good thrill rides. If your Disney tickets allow, you could do Universal half the day and go back to Disney the other half. But just don't plan to see everything and you will have a great time.
Have fun!

Universal Studios is NOT part of Disney. Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure are part of the NBC Universal company, totally separate from the Walt Disney Company. These parks are separately ticketed as well. The competition between these two companies is sometimes fierce, so they generally don't cooperate on cross-park passes either.
And yes, you do have to pay to go to Universal Studios. The admission rates are generally similar to the other theme parks in the area (currently around $65 for a one park pass / $75 for a two park pass).
And as a long time resident, I must respectfully disagree with the above poster. Do NOT limit your visit to the Disney parks. There is FAR more to see and do in Orlando than just Disney. You'll be missing out on the REAL Florida if you only visit the Mouse House. =)

Universal Studios is NOT part of Disney World. They charge a separate admission, as they are a totally different company.
Disneyland is in California, Disney World is in Florida. There is also a Universal Studios in both states.

GE isn't a public application, a minimum of in California. they only manufacture kit used for the electrical powered energy grant, between many different issues. regularly happening Studios might would desire to purchase electrical energy from PG&E, or in spite of application business enterprise serves that section.

You may be able to see it free if you sit in a presentation on a time share. It doesn't take long if you rush the speaker and don't ask questions. But if you don't want to be cheap you can buy the tickets

No they are separate theme parks. Just went to Universal last week and it costs me $72.00 for an adult. Try and get discount tickets if you can.
