You are right, you ARE selfish. I am going to ask you a question: would you like that some one hates YOU? How would you feel?
You should not hate anyone cause one day it might lead to disastrous consequences and history is full of the examples. I am not saying that you`ll become Hitler or go and shoot everyone in the school.
Just be yourself and do not fixate other people. Take a look at you, at your feelings and thoughts. They should not be full of hatred. 'Where has all the love gone?'
Young people tend to be impatient and want everything to happen right now. You should know that if you tell the truth, finally you will end a winner. Just be patient because success does not happen overnight.

If you want to be more popular than Aimee, my best advice is not to envy her. To be cool, you need to invent your own ideas of being in style, and that is creating your own look.
People will look at you more when you're unique. As for Aimee she has her own life to deal with. Your focus is to worry about yours and not caring what other people think in your appearence.
When you're more successful, that is the greatest revenge. And you don't need to fight Aimee with this one.

just be yourself. dont be jealous because some other girl is more "popular" than you. popularity means nothing in the long run. dont conform to fit in or to try to be cool. plus you should never hate anyone, you can dislike them, but not hate. i doubt you even know what hate really means. just by your question im taking it your still really immature and you are probably in middle school, ive been there... i was fake to try to fit in with the popular crowd, yehh i fit in, but i wasnt myself and i found out that those werent the kind of people i want to be around. make friends with people who like you as you are without trying "to be cool"
