what is it, how is created and how come we can't see it

We can't see it because it is just moving air.

It is created by the fact that warm air rises. As areas of, say, land, warm up a volume of air, that air rises. This creates a pocket of low pressure under the rising air, which sucks in the surrounding air, which then is warmed and rises. The air being sucked towards the low pressure pocket makes wind.

Air in motion is called wind.Due to differential heating of two land surfaces or land and sea,low and high pressure areas are created and the air starts moving from high pressure area to low pressure area as the low pressure area contains less air and this movement of air is called the wind.Air is a mixture of many gases and is always invisible
